Questions about subscribing
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial runs a full fourteen days with no card, and you decide afterwards.
What happens if the trial ends and I do not subscribe?
Writing stops and your data stays exactly as it is, readable and exportable. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. An upgrade applies at once, a downgrade applies at renewal, and a downgrade that would strand data above the new limits is refused.
How do I pay?
Online with mada, a credit card or Apple Pay through a licensed Saudi gateway, with the subscription active the moment the payment succeeds. Or by bank transfer against a referenced invoice, activated once the transfer is confirmed.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Yes. Every module is exported as CSV together with the audit log, and a window is set before final deletion.
